Tinos Ceramics, pottery studio

studioThe ceramic workshop "Atelier Tinos Ceramics" lies in a central and peaceful area on the Island of Tinos, near the village of Tripotamos. It is situated just three miles from the town and beaches. The studio is also closed to the Medieval Road which connects the town to the Castle of Exombourgo, today used as a donkey and footpath. A excellent starting point for trekkers.
The studio was founded in 1982 as a base for the sculpturess Margarita Delatola Aicher who was later joined by Bernhard Aicher in 1986, an experienceed ceramic teacher.
Our shop "Margarita" is located at the port of Tinos near Pireaus-Bank.

The work produced at the Tripotamos studio is primarily functional earthenware and includes hand painted plates, bowls, pigeonhouses and other decorative pieces. Our most successful designs are the pigeon, olive tree branches, geometric and traditional blue and white glazed ceramics.

PACKING: careful packaging is necessary. We pack with air cushion foil and polystyrene in five-fold cardboard.
SHIPMENT: The shipment takes place by Hellenic Post or Courier services. Courier services are calculating by volume or weight, therfore we can't tell you exactly these costs before wrapping the goods.
PAYMENT: prepayments, online : Web-banking, credit-cards
DELIVERY: Articles, which are not in store, are manufactured after being ordered. Waiting periods of 2-3 weeks are obligatory. Please place your order in time.
